Oh! I hate it when they puke on OUR bed...that never fails! I'm so sorry! Hope everyone is feeling better. My only saving grace is that I have a washer and dryer in my basement.

OMG, I hope you all are feeling better. I had to laugh a little though because it reminded of when both my girls got the stomach bug at the same time about 3 years ago. They were both barfing all night long, I was washing sheets like crazy. I finally laid garbage bags on their wood bedroom floor and told the girls, if you have to barf again, just lean your head over the edge of the bed and barf on the floor. It was much easier picking up the garbage bags of vomit and laying down new garbage bags rather than continue washing sheets all night long. That was the longest night ever.

I'm job hunting and I would agree that it's time to give them a call.

I think it sucks that they don't tell you up or down ~ just expect you to go away I guess. I've been job hunting for several months and you wouldn't believe the number of people who don't even acknowledge an application or resume.

I had all but given up on one application and then got a phone call to come in for an interview - this was AFTER I sent them emails telling them how great I am and how much I can benefit them. :P

Good luck.... they will be lucky to have you and I hope they realize that.

Feel better soon.

Definitely give them a call! Try it under the pretext of "I just wanted to express my enthusiasm about the position and thank you for the lovely interview." Then you can ask when a decision will be forthcoming. I know that around here (the US midwest), schools always take FOREVER to make decisions and get them communicated -- far longer than expected.

Is totally chipper and ready to go sledding. No, seriously, she has her boots on and everything.

This cracked me up, maybe I've been in this house too long, we've been doing the barfing dance all week including a stay in hospital, kids are going to mums to night and I'm going out, to a grown place with music and alcohol! Hee hee!
